I registered a few weeks ago and have yet to even receive any codes! I have no chance of getting a free ticket and don't know what to do to get the codes sent!

I have been a subscriber for over 2 years and signed up for the newsletter as soon as I found out about it. To start with I was receiving the newsletter emails on a Friday lunch time as advertised but for the last 6 months I haven't been receiving them until late Friday night or Saturday morning. As a result of this I'm missing out on the oportunity to get any tickets to previews. Did I do something to offend Total Film or is this how they treat all loyal customers?!
