I've just seen this movie although it has a more modern feel to it, I thoroughly enjoyed the movie made today from WW2, there was no big American budget blowout just a basic setting to give the audience a sense of being there at that moment in history. I have just read the Review by Neil Smith & I have to say I am very dissapointed in what he had written, these are his words.... Sean Bean and Danny Dyer are outlaws of a different kind in this corny World War II actioner about ‘30 Commando’, an “elite smash and grab unit” set up by Ian Fleming (who he?) for search-and-destroy missions behind enemy lines. If he does not know who Ian Flemming is he should not have done the review thats my opinion
