On a long, hot summer night in 1962, a group of Californian teens cruise around Sunset Strip to the sound of rock 'n' roll classics and contemplate their futures. This hugely influential docu-drama launched the careers of director George Lucas and its cast (Richard Dreyfuss, Harrison Ford and Ron Howard) and made nostalgia a marketable commodity.
