Pamela Anderson and Denise Richards star as two walking, talking blonde gags mistaken for Mafia assassins. Dumb films about hot chicks are OK as long as they’re funny (Romy And Michele’s High School Reunion) or kick-ass (Charlie’s Angels). This is neither. Also, one for pedants: isn’t Richards’ hair mousy-brown?
