An '80s slasher flick with a difference: the killers are a trio of 10-year-old kids, all born under a conscience-blotting solar eclipse. Amateurish, devoid of suspense and improbably blasé in its stealing of musical cues (Psycho, Jaws, Halloween), it now retains a car-crash magnetism courtesy of its central conceit.
