What’s Being Mashed-Up: Anchorman’s moustached Ron Burgundy gets trapped in his very own Superman-style prison.
Attention To Detail: It really looks like Will Ferrell!
Quoteskine Says: “Anchorman has got to be one of the most quotable films ever made, I could probably do a different illustration for almost every single line! This was another one where I just sat thinking about the quote until an idea popped into my head. I haven't seen Superman 2 since I was about 12, so I've no idea where this came from!”

These are great illustrations and ideas, really well thought out. @Vampyre, great name by the way, fair enough if you don't like the illustration style, but can't see how you think some of them don't make sense, even my 7 year old niece could understand these. Also, there are written descriptions at the side to help you understand, just in case they are a bit beyond you.

billmurray - i understand the images , but why , what is the point of drawing films together into one image? For example , what possible link does anchorman has with superman, apart from that they are both films made in america? gonzoben - you are such a wit, if you cant do more than jeer at people making comments just dont bother. go back to facebook or whatever banality you call your life.

@ Vampyre. You're right, what is the point. What's the point in life come to think of it, is this what its all about? Me sitting here typing away replying to some d*******g about some cool illustrations on totalfilm.com. I mean, surely we should be doing more with our lives. Especially you Vampire, sorry i mean Vampyre. Seriously though, just relax guy, its ok if you don't get it.

Excuse me, dont patronise me! I just think they're a bit feeble and dont serve a purpose. And yes i, at the end of the day what is the point in anything. I often read the articles on here and find them funny, but i just think this one has lost its way. I think the re-imagining of the disney films that was done a little while back by that guy who was quite talented. However, enough this. i just plain dont like these, sorry if that offends some people, im sure its ok to have an opinion still.

I agree with Vampyre. The art just aint that good. Looks like teenage angst art. Good ideas, poorly executed.

I like how you can see it was done with cheap felt tip pens, especially Shaun's cricket bat!

loving the Ron B trapped in the Phantom Zone from Superman. Vampyre the point is to entertain and enjoy. Maybe the artist chose a more childlike form for simplicity. I wouldn't think watercolour versions would be quite as cool as these are.
