If they’d made the movie: Peter as Biff, Chris as Marty, Stewie as the Doc, Quagmire as George McFly, Lois as Lorraine McFly. Plenty of options for gags, with all the time travelling shenanigans. If only Seth MacFarlane would make a spoof of every movie...

they technically did make a whole episode based on terminator/Hannah montanna in the episode "Hannah banana" stewie discovers that miley cyrus is a robot and chris befriends the evil monkey. in the end scene miley cyrus starts destroying the city after stewie re-programs her accidentaly she grabs the evil monkey and climbs up a building that resembles the empire state building which is a clear reference to king kong but with roles reversed then peter and quagmire shoot her to destroy her the skin peels to reveal her robotic appearance almost identical to the terminator
