Tasty Bird: A colourful dish for a colourful bird, go for a Hawaiian Parrot. Cook the breasts half way through, and cook two strips of bacon for each breast. Slice some pineapple and some mozzarella cheese.

Place a pineapple slice on the semi-cooked breast, then cover with bacon and cheese, and grill until the chicken is cooked and the cheese has melted. Serve with barbeque sauce, carton of pineapple juice.
