I would add The good, The bad and The Ugly, Road Warrior and The Dark Knight. Rambo 4 was even more bonkers than the second one, he goes from troubled ex-army drifter to Burmese angel of death.

@FBLFerguson: again, no one forced you to read it. Even though I do agree that spoiling a film when many people will not have seen it is wrong, you could have had more self control and thought to yourself, 'uh oh, i want to see this film and don't want to be spoiled. I better not read the 'most insane moment' bit at the bottom of the page!' It's not hard...

Some of the films on this list were awesome, while others were rather unfortunate. Rambo does not seem to belong at the top of this list. There are much crazier sequels than that. I am just wondering why Gremlins 2 did not get a place on this list.
