The Scene:  Sometimes in Vegas the hangover never stops.  Beyond the glitz and glamour of the Strip lies another world populated by down-at-hell losers mired in booze and brawling.

In Leaving Las Vegas, alcoholic Ben Sanderson (Nic Cage again) heads to Vegas to drink himself to death.  But even a quiet drink in a bar becomes another spectacular fail in his calamitous life. 

Makes you wonder what Cage sees in the place, really.

So Money Shot: 2:22  Yes, that is Julian Lennon playing the bartender.  Which suggests, aptly, that the crap bits of Vegas come complete with crap celebrities.
