Knowing hollywood one of these ideas will become the new film, But the Story (do androids dream of electric sheep) left a lot of stuff that was never even considered for the film. Such as :- The scale of the fake animal trade (Deckard was only hunting to get money for a living pet instead of a fake one). The Replicant police station (run by replicants) The whole religion through digital hallucinations the empathy box the buster friendly show. But most importantly:- The Replicants were built for off-world labour, so theres the whole colonising space story line that was never explored in either the book or film. the only reason there was people on earth was because they were disabled, poor or just plain didn't want to leave. Plus replicants usually had to kill their master to escape. but on a lighter note, your Electric boogaloo story would make an awsome spoof

Err.... dalidab1982, are you being sarcastic or have you REALLY missed the point of this feature? Also, shouldn't it be the Wachowski "siblings"? Larry has lost his man-veg.

I'm of the opinion he's a replicant- how else does Edward James Olmos know what Deckard's dreams are of? Or why Deckard's eyes gleam in the same way as the replicants... Anyway... what we all want to see is Justin Bieber as a young Deckard. Right dalidab? :p

I think if you imply George Sampson looks like a young Edward James Olmos again, the universe is going to b***h slap you...

Wet dream No 56: Warner Bros hires Duncan Jones to direct a movie set in Blade Runner 'world' with different characters, in different timeline and maybe different planet.

Apart from the slight problem that JF Sebastian dies in Blade Runner, William H Macy would make a great older version.

Okay a Blade Runner sequel= BAD IDEA. Here's one rule in film. If it's not broken DON'T TRY TO F***ING FIX IT! Sure it wasn't a big hit back in the day. But with Blade Runner, it's still an awesome movie. In fact this is my favourite line."I've seen things you people wouldn't believe. Attack ships on fire off the shoulder of Orion. I watched c-beams glitter in the dark near the Tanhauser Gate. All those moments will be lost in time, like tears in rain. [pause] Time to die." So please Hollywood, I know the important thing now is making money, but you gotta draw the line somewhere.
