Alright, how is the fire extinguisher scene in "Irreversible" hard to watch....and the rape scene in the subway doesn't even make the list? What about the castration scene in "The Doom Generation"? Or pretty much all of "Teeth"? And I actually got so nauseous during Ray Liotta's brain eating scene in "Hannibal" that my vision was cloudy.

No mention of the kerb biting scene in American History x. Puts my teeth on edge every time i watch it.

Ditto what Organs said about the Liotta brain-eating scene... ugh... but what finished me off was Once Were Warriors - the scene where the family friend is raping the daughter upstairs while the parents are partying with other friends downstairs. Took me a long time to watch Cliff Curtis in other movies after that.
