Interesting list but personally I'd exclude the Hepburn films and the Monroe one since they were made in a time when society overall was less conscious about sexism. The male equivalent of PRETTY WOMAN (prostitute falls in love with client who then saves them) is pretty much the non romcom AMERICAN GIGOLO also starring Gere.

have to admit, not impressed with this list. by these standards, all rom-coms are sexist. I'm not saying that some of these don't fit the bill, but there are plenty that are more blatantly sexist (i.e. see any Katherine Heigl movie after/not including Knocked Up)
