    Say what you want about the guy, but he does always look to put what would be the most visually impressive thing on screen that he can. He does consider the audience his films.

    Tom Cruise is a friggin legend in his own right. He has owned the silver screen for years. I bet insurance companies s**t a brick when they hear theat he has signed up for a new action film mind.

    Tom always goes above and beyond, his drive and determination to put out the best version of his character is commendable. he certainly is an amazing actor and doesn't get enough credit. if his religion didn't overshadow his talent he would be classed as one of the worlds best action stars.

    Now that Jackie Chan is too old and broken to give us his best, Tom Cruise is arguably cinema's finest actor/stuntman. Though, in fairness, the MI2 eye/knife stunt was rigged so that a cable kept the blade at a quarter inch from his eye. Dougray Scott pushed as hard as he could to sell the scene, but that knife wasn't going anywhere. Still not a stunt I would do.

    How did his motorcycle stunts in MI2 not get on here? Over the top, certainly, but there's some incredible stunt-work in that sequence.
