I'd prefer Cameron's house in Ferris Bueller to Ferris'; more iconic. Last I saw about a month ago it was actually up for sale.
And what about The Myers' house from Halloween??? Another iconic house in CA.

X-Men was actually filmed at Royal Roads University, in Victoria, BC, Canada (which is the building in the picture above), just about as far away from Ontario as you can get without leaving Canada......
