No offense, but these options suck. Did you even do any research as to what constitutes a "horror blog"? Only one, Obscure Hollow, is an actual blog, the others are gigantic horror news sites with nothing even so much as resembling a blog. I run a horror blog, so do many of my friends. It would be nice if a big site like Total Film would recognize us once in a while.

I am dumbfounded and annoyed by this nonsense award. Out of the dozens of devoted and talented horror bloggers, worldwide, who contribute more to the horror genre than newsy tidbits and commercial reviews, you can only come up with 5 nominations? And only one of them IS A BLOG! This award cannot be taken seriously. I suggest you do your homework or rename this award to Five Sites To Vote On.

Marrone's Closer to Death and Rip Van Ryan have the best horror blogs I've read anywhere on the web so Blody Disgusting should win

you may want to consider changing the name of your awards. 4 of your 5 sites are not blogs but websites. blog (bläg) noun a journal or diary written for public viewing on a website and consisting typically of personal reflections, commentary on current events, etc. arranged chronologically.

It's funny to me that although such a big fuss has been made over the fact that our blog (Obscure Hollow) is the "only real blog" of the five nominations, we are still losing (and losing badly at that!) Haha! Oh well.

Ah! Never underestimate the power of the underdog, I guess. Thanks Total Film, and to all who voted for us because they actually like us, and not just because we were the default choice. We do appreciate it. :)
