Putting a Twilight blog on there is ridiculous! It barely qualifies as Sci-fi or fanatasy and the effort and work that goes into a site like Den of Geek or Io9 makes them far more deserving to win.
And we all know that as soon as any Twitards hear of this poll will vote for it blindly like maniacs, completely disregarding whether it is the best sci-fi/fantasy blog or not.

'Team-Twilight.com' has as much of a right to be up there as all the others have. How do you know the extent of their efforts then? The Twilight blog probably does put in much more effort than you make it out. And, I'm not saying that the others don't put much effort into their sites, because, I'm sure they do.
It seems as though you're stereotyping Twilight fans; they count as individual people with different views on various subjects. So what if they vote for something they're passionate about? ..and I don't exactly see how Twilight wouldn't fit under that category of Sci-fi/fantasy, it's made up, yes? Well I consider it to fit under the 'fantasy' category then.
I suppose, some won't agree completely with what I've said, but it's my opinion as is with McCarthy's comment...

I hate twilight. I love Harry Potter and Lord of The Rings. But I'm not voting for Leaky based on this. Before I did, I went and checked out Team-Twilight, and it WAS a good site. They have lots of news posts, and some of them embrace the fact that people hate twilight. There's a chat for people to chat on.
Leaky though, has new posts too, as well as a podcast, a huge forum, hundreds of groups to discuss harry potter, and a huge network that is a cross between facebook and myspace. I hope that that the twi-fans AND Hp-fans won't just blindly vote, because ALL of the sites are up there for a reason.
And please, don't forget the hobbits.

I think the Team-Twilight page is brill, it gives all the goss and info about all to do with the films and is great for people who are a fan of them! There is nothing wrong with their web page being on here... they have as much right as all the others in the list! Could i please point out to McCarthy that Harry Potter and Lord of the Rings are both not sci-fi either, and yet they are up there, so why shouldn't a blog about the Twilight Saga? Like it or not, it's been extrememly successful, and so it will have many fans, who may all want it to win, just as HP, LOTR, Io9, and Den of Geek fans will want their respective blogs to win. I'm sure you want one of them to win and have thus voted, so how are you any different? If TT loses, hey ho, but if it wins, that's a great show of the time and effort of the people who do put a lot of time and effort into making it, and the passion of the fans, just as it will with the rest of the blogs. If none of them made the effort, they wouldn't be up here, so stop stereotyping one group of fans and get on with your life. I've met a very diverse group of fans of Twilight, and they're not all the stereotypical annoying, Edward/Jacob gushing 12 year old that you picture, as I am sure the sci-fi blogs are not being voted for by the stereotypical geek. Take a fresh look around and you'll see that everyone is different and each have an enlightening range of opinions which make the world what it is. Please don't just be a sore loser and blame the passion of the Twilighters and Twi-hards if they win. I'm sure the majority of them wouldn't if any other blog won. Good luck to every blog, it's all a show of each fan's passion towards the genre.

Are hp fans really making fun of twilight fans?? really come on now. I have check out every site and have found that team twilight is the best it's the most user friendly, is always up to date on updates, even welcomes that not everyone is going to like twilight(which you don't see twilight fans dissing people because they are fans of other sites) you can get team twilight updates on facebook.

okay i am definitely a twilight fan but team-twilight.com is really a great site no matter whether you like twilight or not. it's very user friendly and is always up to date with the latest twilght news. and this is a sci fi/ FANTASY blog and i would have to bet that most people would agree that harry potter, lord of the rings, and twilight are definitely fantasy or would you like to argue that all that stuff is real?? hmmmm. i think not. everyone deserves to be up here. vote for which site is the best not based on the content.

The twilight blog has just as much right to be up there as any of the others and I don't understand why so many people are against the blog, just because they aren't a fan of twilight. I think all of the blogs have rights to be there, but I personally think that Team Twilight is a very good blog as it keeps up to date on everything Twilight and you can get updates over Facebook and Twitter, which none of the other blogs do, which definitely makes it a forerunner in the competition.

And of course Twilight is a sci-fi / fantasy blog as it is about vampires and werewolves, neither of which is real. Harry Potter is about witches and wizards which don't exist and Lord of the Rings is about a FANTASY creature called a hobbit. They all have as much right as each other to be in this poll.

why do you say that twilight is not a sci-fi movie? step meyers wrote the book from her dream about vampires and werewolves. basically nothing but old wise tails. just like the others right? but everyone has their opinion and im glad people are useing it finally. twilight is getting voted for because it hits alot of places that are easy to understand and know. people of all ages relate to the books and movies. im sorry some of you do not like the books or movies, but theres alot that do and we vote for what we like.

Twilight! this movie or i can say this story is about true love, sacrifice, leaders and with it is about science fiction, i cant describe you with words my opinion of this movie so i certainly vote for twilight team !!
