      2 films doesn't make it trend. A trend surely needs to be at least double figures for example 3D is a trend. 2 films in the White House is not a trend.

      GI Joe had like 2 scenes in Japan and the rest was set in America!!! Plus 2 comic book movies using there heroes respective names (Man of Steel being one of Superman's synonyms) isn't a trend either. If you are gonna come up with a list, then at least make it accurate!

      I'm guessing ' 50 tenuous links between certain films, that share a minor commonality' wasn't as catchy.

      Possible Olympus & Star Trek spoilers here...... Can't believe you missed the "RoboCop Conspiracy". Both Miguel Ferrer and Peter Weller turning bad in Olympus Has Fallen and Star Trek Into Darkness, respectively.

      How about the "Freeeeee-Fallin"? Both Iron Man 3 and World War Z have people being sucked out of Airplanes.
