The Director: Can you imagine Marty teaming up with a cast of action heroes? Well no, neither can we actually, but indulge us. Sly’s lunkheaded ‘80s love letter converted into a sharp, snappy noir? Yes please.
The Plot: Barney Ross learns on the street that there’s a price on his head. Forced into a race against time to find out who wants him dead, who can he trust from his old crew to back him up, without succumbing to temptation and collecting the bounty for themselves?
Cast Additions: Bobby D is on boo-hiss duties as the old team-mate of Barney’s who wants to knock him off.
Stand-Out Scene: A blistering chase scene in which Sly forces his ageing body through the gears as a hit-man looks to put one in his head. Run, Sly….RUN!

Why not have Friedberg and Seltzer do it? And have lots and lots and lots of explosions 'accidently' go off under thier trailer?

So basically this list was name every hip or popular director of this generation? Seriously...Aronofsky, Scorsese, Wes Anderson? This isn't really the type of movie they'd make. I think we're grasping at straws with some of these lists lately.

Stopped looking at this article half way through. Seriously you guys must be taking the p**s. Can't you for one minute do a serious article. Past few features on here have been lazy and pointless. What's the point in us reading them if all your doing is messing around. Get of your fat lazy arses and do some proper writing, hacks.

An action thriller by Michael Mann with his ultra-realistic style? Shootout scenes in Public Enemies were awesome (actually, in every Mann movie I've seen). However, it sounds as unreasonable as Scorcese or Lynch directing it. Plus, I think a sequels will be absolete with this one, no?

Aside from this list just being a random collection of contemporary directors, it basically just takes digs at the Expendables. The Expendables went down incredibly well, for the Boxoffice and film fans. Can TF please swallow its pride at getting the cruel 2 star rating utterly wrong and stop taking digs at a film that's otherwise very well recieved.

"Expendables 1" was an amazing! The direction is perfect and timing. Hope that in "Expendables 2" , they would add another cast.... And I would like to greet a Sam Botta a "Happy Birthday and Congratulations on your new show Live Fearless with Sam Botta by Movie Tech Studios" Director Ewing Miles (Lucky) Brown says Sam Botta has lost 70 lbs for this show. Interesting! : )
