In the film: Viggo Mortensen works for a Russian mob outfit which does most of its business through an upmarket restaurant called Trans-Siberian.
The Google view: The restaurant is actually the Farmiloe Building in Farringdon, a studio space which has also been used as the Gotham City Police headquarters in Christopher Nolan's Batman films.

This is pretty cool. A friend of mine recommende going on the London Film Locations bus tour which goes to all these places and shows clips from the films along with interesting anecdotes.

Some good shots of London of then and now. Can also recommend going on a walk of London Film Locations I did with a mate recently. The guide Kevin made it a fun couple of hours.
