In the film: On-the-run Jon Finch and his trusting beau Anna Massey are spotted meeting in the park from a hotel balcony in Hitchcock's underrated murder mystery.
The Google view: The distinctive towerblock hotel is the Hilton Park Lane, one of two Hiltons to appear in the film (the other being the Hyde Park, although it was called The Coburg at the time).

This is pretty cool. A friend of mine recommende going on the London Film Locations bus tour which goes to all these places and shows clips from the films along with interesting anecdotes.

Some good shots of London of then and now. Can also recommend going on a walk of London Film Locations I did with a mate recently. The guide Kevin made it a fun couple of hours.
