I don't think you should be including stuff that was later restored in a director's cut, but good call with the Lethal Weapon one. It's probably my favourite bit in the entire series and i was gutted when i upgraded to the Blu-Ray boxset and found out all the films were the theatrical cuts. With the LoTR ones as well - i alwasy wondered why they didn't do the same thing with the Harry Potter films. There was so much more in the books that they could have included in extended cuts and you know us nerds would have gone to see them too. Too late for them to go back and refilm some stuff?

Ghostbusters wasn't a deleted scene. If you watch the bonus material from the GB dvd's you'll find out that almost every frame of footage shot was what went into the film. Most of it was filmed in single takes as they simply didn't have the budget to spare. The park scene was Murray and Aykroyd having a laugh and entertaining the crew during one of their down time areas in filming. It was never meant to be in the film.
