I usually keep my thoughts to myself with your top 50 lists, but this this time I just can't. You have seen s****h, haven't you? I've seen all but about 5 of these movies and Brick Top played by Alan Ford would easily come out on top. Also Jennifer Aniston in Horrible Bosses is most guys' dream boss.

You have Sandra Bullock from the Proposal and you don't have Bane?! TF has realised it only gets comments from people complaining now, thats just plain trolling.

Good job with Buddy Ackerman though, that was a fantastic film.

Nice list, Total Film. Brick Top is one missed, for sure, although s****h is a bit naff thinking back. Quint's technically boss in Jaws, too, and he mocks Hooper like crazy. **SPOILER** Before being eaten alive, that is. Avatar's bosses are pretty insane, too. Wikus's father in law in District 9 is also a bad, bad man.

@FBJHewitt - Is Bane the true boss, or is he outranked by Talia? @Jareth64 - Great additions there, especially Colonel Miles Quaritch. He da man.

Hahaha s****h. Anyway I thought Ryan Reynolds boss/employers in Buried were the most despicable. Seriously that phone call he received from them was just completely soulless.

And yes, if Jennifer Aniston was my boss I dont think I would have a problem if she was trying to grind me into oblivion.

++SPOILER+++ You have it all wrong about Bob from The Assassin (Called "Point of No Return" here in the states). He didn't send The Cleaner out after Maggie. It was HIS BOSS Kaufman that sent The Cleaner out. Bob, finding out that Maggie had survived the car crash that killed The Cleaner, told his boss that they were BOTH DEAD. He kept his promise at the risk of losing his life for lying.

Yea Brick Top is probs one of the most deserved to be on the list, I mean come on "I've got no room for grasses" you can't get more cruel than that.

Carter Burke? Or he not really high enough up the food chain? Good call to everyone that mentioned Brick Top; for a guaranteed laugh pop "s****h Wars" into youtube (I'm sure most of you have already).

I think you should be required to WATCH all the movies you're commenting on. Gene Hackman's character wasn't the "head of The Firm," and he wasn't even really a boss. He was a MENTOR to the main character, and at worst a reluctant villain. In fact, in the end he redeems himself to a degree. He was slimy, and not very likeable, but NOT a boss, and doesn't belong on this list.

I'm sorry but in what way is Darth Vader a Boss? He's just a henchman for Darth Sidious, actually (no offense Lord Vader, but that's how it is). If Vader is a boss than lets say Darth Maul should also be called one.
