The Villain: OTT British tycoon in Die Another Day who apparently appears from nowhere… probably because he's really mad Korean Colonel Moon after one gene therapy session too many.
Most Evil Moment: Turning a friendly fencing duel with Bond into a life-or-death scrap by swapping his epee for something more lethal.

Holly Goodhead is from Moonraker. Could it be Mary Goodnight? Or Maud Adams? I have not seen the movie in years myself.

I actually feel Gustav Graves should be a little higher. Don't get me wrong, I HATE the film, but he was easily the best thing about it, chewing scenery like nobodies business! Also an alliterative name is just evil.

Oh and while Blofeld was always going to be #1 I ask you... Why? He's the 'classic' Bond villain but he never really does anything useful or seemingly dangerous.

McSerious...running an evil empire is tough. Running a clandestine evil empire is even worse I am sure. The logistics of keeping your staff happy and making sure everyone is paid while taking over the world through many different means must quite complex. I am sure Blofeld had to work his way up the company to be where he is. I give him a lot of credit. It's tough being a vilain when your senior staff gets killed every time a new evil plan is being executed. And by the same guy no less! No, I say he deserves his number one spot :P

Made me just realize that The World Is Not Enough's plot is just like the Dark Knight Rises. The supposed villain is just a glorified henchman, and the woman who is a love interest to the main character is the real villain.

Drax is a bit undermined by the fact that he's almost exactly the same as Stromberg. An insane industrialist who wants to start a new world order by destroying humanity. Stromberg was originally supposed to be Blofeld. Drax could have been more interesting and effective if the plot wasn't so absurd, and Moonraker didn't immediately follow The Spy Who Loved Me.

Jaws is way too high on this list- true he's scary, but he became a joke in Moonraker. I'd put it Elektra King nearer the top. Other favourite villains are Max Zorin, Franz Sanchez, Alec Trevelyan and Kananga.

Hahaha well argued FBA! I've made the mistake of rewatching Die Another Day... I maintain Graves is quite a fun OTT villain but this film really is SO bad haha!

I hate to sound like I am nit picking, but on number 42 - Nick Nack - You got down attacking bond and Holly Goodhead.....Dr Holly Goodhead was in Moonraker and @FBAleal though Maud Adams was in The Man With The Golden it was her either it was actually Britt Ekland's character, Mary Goodnight in the end of the film that he attacked. She was on the Island because she had gotten into the boot of Scaramanga's car that he flew to his Island base.
