Notting HIll has to be one the WORST films in the entire history of cinema. Basically everyone is suppose to root for a middle-class yuppie who is seduced by an attractive movie star (o the humanity!). All this takes place some alternate Aryan universe where only rich and white people exist. Oh, and the token 'buffoonish sidekick' is a 'wacky' welshman. Was this made in the 50's?

@Hadouken, I think Notting Hill can be enjoyed on certain levels (what's not to love about Emma Chambers?!), though the lack of multiculturalism is definitely a massive problem. @marc96, great call on the Peeping Tom front, awesome film.

To Sir With Love is missing. So is Melody. You just can't have a London list without those two great movies.
