Bruce Willis looks a lot like Brad Pitt lately....(#11 "Killing Them Softly). For sure this will get fixed and then my comment makes me look like a moron.

Network's ending should be in here - a young Tim Robbins gunning down Peter Finch's half-mad Howard Beale. I'm as mad as hell, and I'm not gonna take it anymore!

The Road to Perdition should have been in the top ten - one of the best crafted scenes of the last decade in my opinion. Also, what exactly constitutes an Assassination and not a murder? in some of these as well (eg, X-Men2 at no. 7) no-one actually dies, so should they be classed as assassination scenes?

The Rainamker in Looper was a GIRL?! Come on TF, you went crazy for Looper, and then didn't follow up the research to check that Emily Blunt's child is a BOY!

Why was the scene from Bourne the Waterloo station one? Why not the one from identity where he fights the guy off with a pen, or the scene where he uses a newspaper? Bad choice total film! The rest are pretty good though glad to see pulp fiction in there gotta be one of the best!

The final surprise attack scene in Unforgiven, when William Munny guns down all the bad guys is not even in the list?!? also the beginning scene in The Good, The Bad and the Ugly, when Lee Van Cleef murders a father in cold blood needs to be added

The assassination scene in Michael Clayton was great. Cold, clinical and clean.

The Parallax View is missing-one of the all time great political thrillers. It has one of the greatest endings in films

In Kill List, it is never said/shown exactly what the Librarian had done, and in the Assassination of Jesse James, Charley Ford was also in the room, they weren't alone, but i was glad to see they both made the list. I also would have included The Town (The Florist), Brick (Dode), Animal Kingdom (Pope), or A Prophet (that amazing razor blade scene)

Not having the final scene in Unforgiven is simply a travesty in a list like this. In my opinion its quite possibly the perfect example of an amazing assassin kill scene. I think it deserves to be in the top 5. Not having it at all is just awful. OP has shown he doesn't know dick about movies by posting this flawed terrible list. WORST COUNT DOWN EVER

How can you leave out The Untouchables, the hit in the elevator? Tense and upsetting and the ultimate calling card left on the elevator wall written in blood. Come on TF!

Actually - the hit on Connery (Malone) too is brilliant! Seeing it in first person through the eyes of the assassin, tense and then you think Malone has spotted it and is safe, then BLAM! Brutal too.

People complaining about no The Untouchables should get over it. s****y movie. Leon, though, I agree with. The Mr. and Mrs. Smith being above The Assassination of Jesse James by the Coward Robert Ford and Road to Perdition is absolute b******t. f**k you.
