In Night of the Living Dead it's a grown man who scares his sister by saying 'They're coming to get you Barbra' Good list though. Sneaky referencing and homages are always interesting.

The Captain America #2 reference is slightly different to what you've listed. Yes, it's the original Human Torch, but if you look closer the sign above the canister reads "The Synthetic Man". That's because the original Human Torch was a robot/artificial person. Not only a member of the WWII super-team The Invaders, who's membership including Captain America, Namor, Bucky & Union Jack (the U.K's counterpart to Cap A) but he would later be re-animated and form the basis of The Vision ... one of the longest serving members of ... The Avengers (as well as being husband to The Scarlet Witch, another long-time team member). The FF/Evans link still stands though, but this is less of an in-joke and more a hint of what could be covered in the Cap sequel and further Avengers films :)

One of my favorites is in The Other Guys when Will Farrell sees an explosion and can't understand how cool guys don't look at them. This is in reference to the Lonely Island song Cool Guys Don't Look At Explosions, starring Will as Neil Diamond. Also, his co star Mark Whalberg is mentioned in the song and is the butt of many sketches of theirs.

#41: It was "pointy-eared b*****d", not "green-blooded b*****d". Meh, principles are the same I suppose.

I'm not sure it quite counts as an in joke but i was watching the Muppet Christmas carol over December and i saw a shot where Micheal Caine walks in front of a shop called 'Micklewhites' - Micheal Caine's birth name is Maurice Micklewhite

The Human Torch during the war was the android original Human Torch. I didn't notice it, or think about the Human Torch, and I'm sure most anyone who saw the movie would say the same.

The "We're coming to get you Barbara" is so good because George Romero said in an interview that he didn't get it and had to have it explained to him. Top geekery!

In Toy Story 3 the little girl has a totoro in her collection of teddies I presume as a show of appreciation to Hayao Miyazaki.
