I love Will Ferrell. Always good fun. There's so many good scenes. But there's two I especially missed: The knife scene (in the Hospital) in "Ricky Bobby". And another one from "Stranger Than Fiction"...his guitar / singing scene "Whole Wide World"...a great scene. Not funny in particular, but the list said "Greates Moments..." and that's a movie and a moment where Will showed us he can be more than just the funny guy...

YES for number one.. The funniest part in that entire film. And it's a funny film.

loved the list sat at work constantly smiling at remembering these scenes.. agree that the knife scene could easily have been on here & one of my favourites is from blades of glory when Chazz constantly phones Jimmy over and over, even singing dont wanna miss a thing.. love it :D

I thought 'You're Welcome, America' was probably his best work after Anchorman.

When writing it, I could have probably done 100 scenes, the knife scene should get special mention, as well as the phone scene from Blades of Glory. Other honourable mentions include the scene in Talladega Nights where Ferrell doesn't know where to put his hands, and in Step Brothers where they're on stage or when they receive the Chewbacca masks. There were also a number of others that were omitted because it wasn't just Ferrell bringing the funny, where it was more of a team effort.

@oshman4 - Batfight is a classic. The best buildup to that end gag. Glad to see Stepbrothers getting all the love. "I thought he was going to rape me" is my get-out-of-jail card.

Also think the song he performs with Jack Black and John C Reilly "A Comedian at the Oscars" is pure class. Funniest part of the night... Special mention to Green Team too.
