If we are going with real-life people as well (Iceman, Chuck Barris) then Hitler (Downfall) should have been in the top ten. Oh and 11 and 12 are the same person.

I would like to have seen Clyde Shelton from Law Abiding Citizen.. He wouldn't have been much higher than number 50 but he's got 10+ extremely dangerous kills under his belt.

I don't agree with most of this list. How Mike Myers and Hannibal are so low is baffling. Their ratio of attempts at murder: murder surely makes them extremely dangerous. Bar, of corse, that sneaky lady they can never quite kill.

It was Grand Moff Tarkin that single-handedly ordered the destruction of Alderaan, not Vader. Also, Palpatine should be on this list AT LEAST for Order 66. A lot of death in the Star Wars universe...

here's the Interesting thing, we may now know the true origins of Unicron, he was created in the Marvel Universe (Earth 616) and called Godkiller by a now extinct race for there war with the Celestrials, you know those f*****g MASSIVE SPACE GODS, and is the reason there aren't more in the universe, he was sent to the Transformers universe (with Deaths Head, who is awesome yes?) via temporal shift after a plan to use it as earth ultimate Nuclear Deterrent failed

The planet Melancholia in the movie with the same name? Earth and all its inhabitants completely destroyed. About 7B, I guess.
