    "Human Centipede 2" had some good ones too. Especially after Martin injects them with laxatives....more funny than disgusting, but still! And even it looks so fake, in "Hostel"...the eyeball scene! Still hurts from watching. As does the eye-splinter scene from the great "Zombi 2"

    Great list, would also suggest the scene with the razor slicing open an eyeball in Un Chien Andalou (An Andalusian Dog) or the scene where Stifler eats the dog turd in American Pie: The Wedding. Also surely one of the many disgusting scenes from Drag Me To Hell involving Mrs Ganush should be in there (e.g. the scene in which her dead body falls on top of Christine and green fluid flows from her mouth and into Christine's). Freddy Got Fingered also has a few disgusting scenes like when he cuts open the deer and tries to climb inside it or when Darren's bone sticks out his leg and Freddy licks it. The scene in The Shining in the bathroom with Jack Nicholson and the decaying old woman. Possibly Freakshow in Harold and Kumar Get The Munchies? Could probably think of loads more but it doesn't matter because Pink Flamingo's was always going to be number 1 lol.

    Number 29 is the most terrifying thing I've ever seen. It f****d up my head for most of my childhood and I refuse to watch it ever again... I'm 20 years old. Because of that scene I had permission to not take part in any chemistry labs requiring the use of sulphuric or hydrochloric acid. Of course my teacher's/professors didn't know the exact reason, I just told them I had a crippling fear of such things. I've watched tons of "snuff" like torture, gore, and horror without flinching but this, solely, will always haunt me.

That human centipede s**t/eat thing is truly revolting!!! I haven't seen the movie but I cant get it out of my head. For me.... by far the most disgusting thing! The spasms guy (Jrdnsans1792) already mention the Stifler s**t eat scene in American Pie 3. Honourable mentions should include 1. Kill Bill 2 - where the bride gouges out the eye of the assassin and steps in eye. 2. David Fincher's 'Girl with the Dragan Tatoo' where she inserts a wedge up the rapist's butt and bangs on it 3. Blade 2 ... virus infected vampires... that was disgusting the way their chins opened up 4. Parts of 'Species' were pretty disgusting Great list and great comments too!

    I LOVE how everyone gets so offended by that scene in Dirty Love... And by love I mean I don't get it at all. "Oh it's so ignorant about a woman's biology blah blah blah". No the movie is no different than any other gross out comedy it's just directed towards women.
