    Good Lord TF, could you stop fellating George Lucas now? The original Star Wars trilogy is brilliant, the prequels are c**p, that's all anyone needs to know. How many more articles can you write on the subject before the dead horse you're flogging just falls apart?

    These are getting a little boring but this is one of the better ones. minorityreport is right though, there's nothing more you can say about the original trilogy. Unless you went controversial and did 50 things to hate about the original trilogy, they're amazing films but not perfect!

    How about the 50 ways that the new releases are different from the original? Star Wars WAS my life growing up, now? I honestly couldn't give a s**t about it purely because in later years it's been rammed down our throats on an almost daily basis..

    What I love about ESB is this: for all the hype in Episode 4 about how good a pilot Luke Skywalker is, he crashes his spaceship. Twice. (I know he was shot down by an AT-AT the first time, but it's still careless...)

    Nowadays people love it becuase its the purest of the series, the one that has been tampered with the least by 'laughing stock' Lucas. Apparenlty his kids' wedding video will be shot against a blue screen with the church and crowd scenes added later in post-production. A re-animated Marlon Brando will do a toast using cut dialogue from Superman and Godfather

    @Hadouken76 I am still not so sure Lucas hasn't cryogenically frozen some of these (supposedly) deceased Hollywood legends. Maybe in years to come, he'll develop a means to reanimate these performers and have them 'perform' his every whim...either that, or he'll take 3D digital images of their faces and mo-cap other actors to put these idols into his next Star Wars trilogy - let's face it, there's a certain degree of inevitability about it...give Lucas the rest of this decade to come round to the idea...
