Why So Terrible: Not so much a title as an extended tagline, this one suffers from over-the-top punctuation and clearly hasn’t been thought all the way through. Much like the film's saggy script.
What It Should Have Been Called: Deal Hard.

Don't be a menace to South Central while drinking your juice n' the hood... Thus inspiring Friedberg and Seltzers' catalogue of atrocities.

A larger number of these are adaptations of a book than they should be. Not exactly their fault, surely?

Maybe it's because you're British, but Spanglish might as well be a real word in America, meant to signify a mix between Spanish and English.

How can you have all this c**p, and then attack Lucky Number Slevin- an absolutely fun and amazing film, and then Quantum of Solace, which Is by far the best Bond title and one of the top films? And higher rankings than Squeakquel? I call total BS.

Killer Klowns From Outer Space is the '80's equivelant of "Snakes On A Plane". It tells you exactly what you are getting. How can it possible be considered a bad title? And as for misspelling "Clowns", you get that it was intentional, right?

Yes, the webpage refresh thing. If the top of the page wasn't so loaded with c**p, it might work properly.

its is so frustrating to see decent articles and lists ruined by rubbish galleries to view them in. its 2011 for gods sake!!!! either sort your gallery, load all the page at the same time or get rid of the advertising c**p at the top of the page as it compromises your site. im reluctantly off to Empire now - sort it out!!!!

A five star movie with a difficult title was "Lust Caution". OK it's Chinese and maybe hard to translate but "The Bait" or "Betrayal" would have been better and given a good idea of the content of the film without the embarrassment of the word "lust" in it.

Lust Caution is Thai. I agree with some of these choices but some of them are spoofs and slapstick so why should they have a good title? And Killer Klowns, two ks? Get it? "It" is a brilliant title and was the title of the book, "The Assassination of Jesse James by the Coward Robert Ford"? Brilliant film though. Oh and people who suggest that turd Quantum of Solace was one of the best Bond films need to stop being Bond fans.
