A larger number of these are adaptations of a book than they should be. Not exactly their fault, surely?

Maybe it's because you're British, but Spanglish might as well be a real word in America, meant to signify a mix between Spanish and English.

How can you have all this c**p, and then attack Lucky Number Slevin- an absolutely fun and amazing film, and then Quantum of Solace, which Is by far the best Bond title and one of the top films? And higher rankings than Squeakquel? I call total BS.

Killer Klowns From Outer Space is the '80's equivelant of "Snakes On A Plane". It tells you exactly what you are getting. How can it possible be considered a bad title? And as for misspelling "Clowns", you get that it was intentional, right?

Yes, the webpage refresh thing. If the top of the page wasn't so loaded with c**p, it might work properly.

its is so frustrating to see decent articles and lists ruined by rubbish galleries to view them in. its 2011 for gods sake!!!! either sort your gallery, load all the page at the same time or get rid of the advertising c**p at the top of the page as it compromises your site. im reluctantly off to Empire now - sort it out!!!!

A five star movie with a difficult title was "Lust Caution". OK it's Chinese and maybe hard to translate but "The Bait" or "Betrayal" would have been better and given a good idea of the content of the film without the embarrassment of the word "lust" in it.

Lust Caution is Thai. I agree with some of these choices but some of them are spoofs and slapstick so why should they have a good title? And Killer Klowns, two ks? Get it? "It" is a brilliant title and was the title of the book, "The Assassination of Jesse James by the Coward Robert Ford"? Brilliant film though. Oh and people who suggest that turd Quantum of Solace was one of the best Bond films need to stop being Bond fans.

The worst FRENCH movie title... a 1963 belgian drama called "Déjà s'envole la fleur maigre"... which roughly translated means "Already the thin flower takes flight". As a french speaker, I can tell you that it doesn't make any sense whatsoever.

This is the second old feature I've seen resurface on the front page "highlight" box (the other was 50 Best Movie Closing Lines from August 2011), so I don't know if it's a glitch or just laziness. Anyway, I've only got to #49 and the dissing for Killer Klowns has made me sad. The film knows how bad it is and some of the sequences in (shadow puppets and ventriloquism being stand-outs) are borderline genius.

make up your mind, is about bad movie names or bad movies? star wars episode I is not THAT bad, (yes, I said that) definitely the weakest, yes. but the name I thought was pretty cool. although it should had been like this (obviously, changing the movies quite a bit) : episode I - the clone wars episode II - rise of the empire episode III - fall of the jedi or the established revenge of the sith, just my opinion... fall of the jedi to be in concordance with return of the jedi, (which in my opinion is about anakin returning as a jedi through redemption for his children, is not about luke returning from training)
