Best: Stand By Me (1986)

Beloved coming-of-ager in which four young boys go on a journey of self discovery as they seek out the body of a dead teen.

Cusack crops up in flashbacks as the dead brother of a mourning Gordie (Will Wheaton), just one of the fantastic performances that buoy this adaptation of Stephen King’s novella into the territory of bona fide classic.

We challenge you not to weep. Or develop a sudden phobia of leeches.

      I literally created an account because of this article. You are clearly forgetting his best role, as a grieving widower in "Grace is Gone." As a huge Cusack fan, its a disgrace not have included this movie!

      The Contract was also a decent film - though probably still not exactly worthy of being placed on the Best-list.

      I think the writer of this article should try again. The above posters have mentioned enough movies left off this list, which makes me wonder if the author of this article actually did any research at all.

      Better Off Dead!! Con Air!! The Thin Red Line!! Runaway Jury (well I liked it)!! Are Tapeheads and One crazy summer any good?

      The Contract deserves to be on the worst list because it was just terrible. I remember shouting at it. You forgot Runaway Jury, One Crazy Summer, The Thin Red Line, Identity, Bullets Over Broadway, Eight Men Out and The Grifters.
