Why It Rocks: Like many star websites, this is pretty straight forward, but as with many other elements of the Carrey site, the ingenious way it's presented (kudos to creators 65 Media) papers over any cracks.
Just click and enjoy as a zeppelin brings the latest info on Carrey's appearances and work etc.
Tom Cruise
Why It Sucks: Largely a collection of press releases with just a sprinkling of fan interaction, you rarely get the feeling Cruise has even seen the feed, let alone actually contributed to it.
He's a busy man, we get it - but it also comes off as self-satisfied and slightly fake. Wait… It's perfect!

Personally I can't stand Flash based sites. Jim's site is pretty enough but I much prefer a lot of the others as far as ease of navigation is concerned.
