The Award: Best Actress in a Leading Role for Monster’s Ball
The Speech: Nobody thought anybody could beat Gwynie’s emotional sobbing at the Oscar’s. Well, they didn’t count on Halle Berry.
Overcome at being the first African American woman to win an Oscar for a leading role, what starts as a moment of articulate grace (“This moment is so much bigger than me. It's for every nameless, faceless woman of colour that now has a chance because this door tonight has been opened”) degenerates into excruciating histrionics.

Christ! The worst thing about geeks is that they cant understand feelings and this is such a case! Gwenyth Paltrow was over happy and so was Halle Berry when they won and their reactions were understandable. Grow up, get a life and move out of your parents basement kiddos of Totalfilm.
