Who says remakes are bad? We’ve gotten hold of a new clip from the Friday 13th remake (out this Friday) that is genuinely quite good.
The footage shows Clay Miller (Jared Padalecki) and Jenna (seemingly not warranting a surname, but played by Danielle Panabaker) investigating a creepy looking locale.

No not ALL remakes are bad ... Personally I enjoyed Rob Zombies Halloween more the second time around (loved the first half, didn't like the actual remake at the end), AmityVille Horror( but only due to the casting of Ryan Reynolds), Texas Chainsaw Massacre, Dawn Of The Dead, Hills Have Eyes. They were all alright but some of them suck. The remakes of Omen, The Fog, etc were terrible. I think if Hollywood must "reimagine" the good horror films then they have to bring something new to the mix. Haven't seen this one yet ....
