The first screenshots from the videogame adaptation of Watchmen have hit the net, and you can see them to the right.
Back in July, Warner Brothers announced that it would be publishing an episodic downloadable game based on the movie. The first part is tapped to arrive on Xbox 360, PC and PlayStation 3 around the same time as the film hits cinemas.
Warner’s labelled it an ‘action-brawler’ that would delve into the characters and rivalries of the movies. Judging from the screens, it at least seems to fulfil the ‘action-brawler’ part.
But will it buck the trend of terrible tie-in videogames? Jury is still out...

Why do I get the impression, from these images, that his game will be a steaming pile of b******t?
