The Plot: Giving Mark Ruffalo the chance to star as the Hulk before reporting for duty on The Avengers, he takes the lead as the big, green fella, who returns to Earth seeking vengeance on the Illuminati after they propelled him into space. In an attempt to stop Hulk's blowout, a number of superheroes attempt to calm him down, including Ghost Rider.
The Villain: Though Hulk is the main antagonist, he is right to be angry at the Illuminati (another superhero team-up).
Likelihood? Ghost Rider takes a pretty small role in World War Hulk, so he'd feel like a supporting character in his own movie.

Son of Ghost Rider, that awkward stage of getting through highschool with a flaming skull for a head.. we've all been there.

Where the hell is Blackout from this list?? Blackout is a kick a*s vampire who pushes Ghost Rider's philosophy of not killing. He'd be an awesome villain for the film

Witch Woman sounds cool. Salma Hayek would for sure make up for the loss of Eva Mendes.

''The problem with a hole is... the more u keep diggin' the bigger the hole gets...'' The only way this movie will work, is if they COMPLETELY DISREGARD the first GR and build the story up from scratch... GR was one of my fav comic characters, n i was eagerly awaiting the 1st movie.. I thought they showed a lack of care with the character n storyline, FX were not up to scratch, cast was totally wrong, n the overall feel was more sweet valley high than Sin City... When r Hollywood gonna learn that these Characters and Storylines r vastly well developed n therefore can be extremely lucrative if nurtured from the very beginning... hmm..!

Ghost Rider Recast : Andy Whitfield Villians : Combination of Various Hardcore Crime families and the Evil/Demonic Leaders of the Illuminati... Basically simplify the story focussing more attention on the development of Johnny Blaze, a tormented soul in a heartless world, who finds meaning in purging evil from sinners... ...just food 4 thought...
