Star Wars concept artist Ralph McQuarrie's original Battlestar Galactica artwork has gone online and you can see it by hitting the gallery to your right.
The painted pictures are a mix of stuff that made it into the show - Colonial Vipers, blokes with beards sitting around a bar - and some stuff that didn't (we love the black Cylons). But all of it's gorgeous.
Hit the gallery to your right to pick your favourite pics / spot the shots that appear to be traces from old Star Wars art McQuarrie must have had lying around the house.

I don't mind everybody copying these, but at least link the source: http://www.galactica.tv/battlestar-galactica-1978---news/ralph-mcquarrie-concept-paintings.html (starwars.com and ralphmcquarrie.com both were decent enough to link me, since I'm the only one that has a complete set of these) Some more great Battlestar Galactica concept art from Ralph McQuarrie: http://www.galactica.tv/battlestar-galactica-1978---news/ralph-mcquarrie-concept-sketches.html Best regards, Marcel Damen GALACTICA.TV
