Having drugged a previous male victim and severed his feet and tongue, Asami keeps him tied up in a burlap sack. Until dinner time, that is.

Perhaps the most gut-churning moment in Takashi Miike’s J-horror shocker comes when our black widow vomits energetically into a dog bowl before presenting it to her latest dismembered prey to greedily slurp. Miike claims that Eihi Shiina, a Method actress, insisted on supplying her own vomit.
