4. Braindead (1992)

Peter Jackson’s gross-out horror spectacular takes Bad Taste to the next level. Following a nasty bite from a diseased rat-monkey, Lionel’s elderly mum takes a turn for the zomboid just in time for a visit from the Women’s Institute rep and her hubbie.

Four bowls of “nice and creamy” custard are served, only for Mum to vomit out a red, pusinfested discharge right into Mr WI’s portion. Then her ear falls off into her own custard... which she eats, naturally.
