My main issue with this list is several of these actors are not only under 18, but even under 16...should we really include actors and actresses who are age 13 or 14 on a "hottest" list? Awkward.

i only see 4 that would go the long distance for career longevity here... Blake Lively, Emma Stone, Michael Fassbender and Jennifer Lawrence. Chris Hemsworth's got the charisma, but his physique might limit his role options.
