Total Film enters Arkham Asylum with Injustice: Gods Among Us

And gets a lesson in fighting like Batman

Total Film was given the opportunity to step inside Arkham Asylum for a scrap, to mark the release of superhero beat-em-up videogame, Injustice: Gods Among Us.

Never one to shy away from something that appeals to our geeky comic sensibilities, we leapt at the chance, and got taught a few moves from record-breaking martial artist Chloe Bruce (who has done stunt-double work on Wrath Of The Titans, World War Z and Thor: The Dark World).

Check out the clip below:

Injustice: Gods Among Us is available on Xbox 360, PS3 and Wii U from 19 April 2013.

Which superhero would you most like to fight like? Tell us below…

Comicbooks meet Mortal Kombat?????? Seriously? Well....... I guess this is just going to be fodder for Michael Bay to shine up bright, adapt (while completely missing the mark, which with a bad idea like this.... is a pretty BIG mark) and try to make into one of his horrible movies...... but otherwise this serves no good purpose, even as a game...... and I am saying this as a huge comicbook fan!

@rmcmillen01 - "Comic books meet Mortal Kombat????" I guess you missed the critically successful Mortal Kombat vs. DC Universe that was released in 2008. The guys know what they're doing in regards to putting the DC characters in a fighting environment and after the success of the last Mortal Kombat game, as well as playing the demo of this one, I can't see how it could fail to be anything worse than good.

@rmcmillen01, you say it like comic book characters aren't the perfect cast for a fighting game. What geek hasn't dreamt of being able to pit your favourite superheroes against each other? Now if only someone would do the same for Marvel characters I could die happy.
