Peaks Performance: If we said Coulson played Margaret Lanterman, you’d probably give an indifferent shrug. How about if we call her by her character’s more famous name: The Log Lady?
Despite brief, infrequent appearances in the show, the tree-stroking medium was seized on by viewers as evidence that this series was a lot stranger than anything they’d been used to.
Damn Fine Career... or Wrapped in Plastic? Coulson, a long-term friend of Lynch’s (she worked on Eraserhead and was once married to Jack Nance) is primarily a stage actress. When she appears on screen, it’s invariably with a log in her hands, whether providing specially-filmed intros to the episodes or spoofing herself as (ahem) Woman With Wood in the forthcoming Psych homage.
Coulson is appearing at Twin Peaks UK Festival 2010, Riverside Studios, Hammersmith on Saturday 27th November.

You forgot alot of other characters: 1. Mike - Buddy of Bobby Briggs - He was in a lot of episodes. And plays alot of TV roles 2. Robyn Lively Picture Robyn Lively Mayor's Girlfriend and town seductress (also played in as Machio's Girlfriend in Karate Kid 3 3. The late Dan O'herlihy - Andrew Packard, another Robocop actor (CEO of OCP) who made it to Twin Peaks. Those are just 3 - there's plenty of others

Shocked to see Sherilyn Fenn in an episode of House - from Season 5 - the other night. She plays the mother of a dying child and basically has to look worried a lot.

How could you not include Sherilyn Fenn's 1988 starring role in "Two Moon Junction"? One of the most erotic films I've ever seen. Not crass pornography; true eroticism...with the requisite nudity to please the men. That film was my first introduction to Fenn, and I had expected to see much more of her (figuratively, of course). Sadly, I think narrow minds may have reacted negatively to this early steamer of a film and wrongly categorized her as just flesh. If you like Sherilyn and you haven't seen this movie, you MUST see "Two Moon Junction". And ladies, the male lead is smokin'!
