In case you haven’t seen it plastered all over the site, Atari has released the first trailer for the highly anticipated Ghostbusters videogame. At least, highly anticipated in our office.
Movie tie-ins aren’t usually known for their quality, but since The Force Unleashed was released things have started to look up.
So with genuine quality now being put into adaptations, what movie franchise do would you like to see get the ‘next-gen’ videogame treatment? And why?

The end of Taxi Driver would make a good - if brief - first-person shooter...

Hows about a game of Saving Private Ryan where you find him and get an amazing new Hollywood ending - Hitler shows up and you have to choose to kill Hitler or Matt Damon, and then either take over the world with the Nazis or bring them down?!

Potentially the five best games ever:- 1. The Mist - Bonus points for pressing the "Lets not rush into this" button... 2. Spanking the Monkey - would be particularly effective on the Wii... 3. Pink Flamingos - a bit like Mario Party with a dog-poo mini-game. 4. Airbourne - you to can be z-grade 90s action Steve Guttenberg! 5. Deliverance... Bagsy not playing as Ned Beatty!

The Resident Evil films werent so hot, but I can see how they would make brilliant games.
