Awesome unofficial Lord Of The Rings adventure The Hunt For Gollum is a real achievement.
Despite the fact that the folks behind the film say it's got nothing to do with Peter Jackson's films, it shares a lot of the same visual styles and quirks as the LOTR movies.
And we think it offers some pointers to Guillermo del Toro for what we want to see in his take on The Hobbit.
While we’re sure he’ll do us proud (it’s GDT and he’s working with Peter Jackson and the Rings team), this low-budget outing warms our geeky hearts and gives us hope that if some amateurs can get so much right, he can knock our socks off…
