I would describe Method Man's work on the Wire as a bit more than 'appearances'..

So this contains actors who are trying to rap, and rappers who are just trying to act? Weird.

Teen Wtich reminded me of Cracked's 'The 4 Weirdest Lessons '80s Movies Really Wanted to Teach Us'. Some of the descriptions of the characters are just hilarious : "Look at his face: Every second he isn't being punched in the mouth, a distant star flares into life just to balance the amount of wasted potential in the universe"

Mos Def at number 6? The guys last album was critically acclaimed and he is well respected as one of the few rappers than can act. Some how that is still not as good as a rapping granny, and Eminem who plays Eminem in every Eminem movie.

I think the point missed is that most of these guys play rappers or bad boys "from the hood" i mean come on how hard can it be acting as yourself...must of been a massive stretch for Eminem you know acting as...himself in a movie about...himself...s**t i don't know why they are giving credit?? It's like filing a dog running round the park chasing other dogs and fetching sticks while p**sing up trees...are we gunna give it a medal? Respect to the "rappers" who do take roles which are a little more challenging and have a bit of a range rather than cocky wise cracking token black dude.
