The Pacific starts next Monday (5/4). Who's looking forward to it? Shall we report back here from O Nine Hundred hours on Tuesday to discuss...?

I'm looking forward to it. But I don't have Sky :( So will have to acquire it by other means....

I'm in. I don't think it's going to be as good as Band Of Brothers though... which I'm now ready to re-watch.

I recently purchased THE PACIFIC on Blu-ray, having enjoyed the brilliant BAND OF BROTHERS on the same format last year, and am looking forwards to watching it soon.

Hopefully it will be in the same gritty, realistic style, much like my favourite film set in this Theatre Of Operations, the excellent LETTERS FROM IWO JIMA.
