Help needed with Newsletter
 

I signed up to the weekly newsletter months ago, received it a few times and then haven't received one for the last few weeks. I've wanted to go to the free screenings and keep missing out because I don't get sent the code. Please can someone sort my account so I receive the newsletter again!!

PS I ask this in the full knowledge that I can't do anything about it if they're not (I'm just waiting for my Admin status to be set up). But if you are still having problems receiving them, I'll look into it as soon as I'm able. In the mean time, if you need Screening codes or anything, let me know...

Problems receiving newsletter?
 

Anybody not getting the Friday or Monday newsletters? If you could let us know, we're talking with the platform provider to try and sort the problem, but I'm interested to see how many people this glitch is affecting...

A one off may be due to the language used in the title of the email or the body of the newsletter, depending on your spam filters etc. - but to consistently not receive the emails is definitely a huge problem!

I'm not getting a newsletter and even after I emailed I haven't got one. maybe Liz hasn't sent it yet :confused:

A quick question... if I'm already a registered forum member how do I sign up for the newsletter? I didn't tick it when I registered and there doesn't seem to be any provision for someone who is already registered to click or tick or sign up for it?

When you sign in to the website, your name and Edit Profile appear at the top left hand corner.

Click on Edit Profile.

The "Please contact me with updates on Total Film" checkbox needs to be checked to receive the newsletters.

Let us know if it's already checked and you're still not receiving any, as that's what is happening to me...
